Our team are professionally qualified and experienced in site assessments, building design, construction management, estimating and construction safety. We only engage external consultants that are pragmatic, efficient and cost effective.
Benchmark is led by Brian Cain who a graduate of RMIT in both the Bachelor of Construction Management (Hons) and Architectural Drafting and has been a Registered Building Practitioner (RBP) in Victoria since 1995. Brian also holds a Certificate IV in both Work, Health & Safety and Training & Assessment.
